Waira was a great way to relax after three days without A/C in the Amazon. Our room was large with a nice balcony, it's walking distance to Santander Park and several popular restaurants, and the pool was great. Best of all was Manchas, the hotel dog who followed into town everyday and acted as our local guide and security detail.

I only know this because my friend rented it. The kitchen had nice cook wear and the living room and dining room were fancy. The staff was extremely friendly.
