Staff at the counter are always willing to help you and care about you all the time. Even the staff in early morning, who I think needed a little more training, always were there to help you with anything you need. I really liked when I had a problem with Wi-Fi in the initial room I have been assigned but they kindly allowed to change to a new room with better Wi-Fi. I totally recommend this place.
