The room was so comfortable, clean, and had a nice view of the mountains. The staff were so friendly and kind - I had food posioning 2 days prior to arriving and they were so helpful and checked in on me often. The hot water shower was amazing and the bed was huge and comfortable. 10/10.

I booked very last minute and this place was exactly what I needed — authentic, surrounded by nature, yet still close to town. The service was outstanding from the start: fast responses, seamless transport, and genuinely local recommendations. Cristina and Carlos went above and beyond to make everything fantastic — they organized a private tour to Carbonera to see the wax palms, one of the best coffee experiences with brewing methods, horseback riding, and even restaurant suggestions. Everything was arranged instantly and worked out perfectly. The Wi-Fi was excellent (great for remote work), communication via WhatsApp was quick and attentive, and the property itself has a modern, fresh look and feel.

Welcomed us with a big smile. Provided us with everything we asked for, such as playing cards, ponchos, boots and more. The breakfast was fabulous from different fruits, breads and hot food. We also had dinner at the hotel that was 10/10 freshly made.
