The room was so comfortable, clean, and had a nice view of the mountains. The staff were so friendly and kind - I had food posioning 2 days prior to arriving and they were so helpful and checked in on me often. The hot water shower was amazing and the bed was huge and comfortable. 10/10.

Cristina and Carlos went above and beyond to make everything fantastic — they organized a private tour to Carbonera to see the wax palms, one of the best coffee experiences with brewing methods, horseback riding, and even restaurant suggestions. Everything was arranged instantly and worked out perfectly. The Wi-Fi was excellent (great for remote work), communication via WhatsApp was quick and attentive, and the property itself has a modern, fresh look and feel.

The location a short drive from Salento is a peaceful haven, the accommodation was perfect, the staff is incredibly kind, the restaurant offers delightful dishes. We also did a fair amount of the experiences offered by the hotel and all were wonderful.
