The staff was very accommodating and met all our requests. The Wi-Fi was reliable. Breakfast could be served earlier—although it was included in our stay, we couldn’t try it because of our early trips. Still, the staff kindly prepared us fresh coffee in the morning.

The highlight for our group was the gorgeous property and also the proximity to an amazing biological reserve. Cristina and her staff truly went out of their way to help us with everything and to make us comfortable. We felt like honored guests in her home. The wifi was excellent! The communication prior to our visit was superb. Highly recommended!

The staff was absolutely spectacular. Unfortunately I was sick for my entire stay and I wasn't able to leave my room. They sent a doctor up to my room. It also happened to be my birthday and they sent a slice of cake up for my birthday. Check in was a breeze and they are very attentive. The hotel is located right on the square, but I don't remember being able to really hear the traffic. The pictures are almost exactly like the room. In person the room is nicer. BTW, did I mention the size or the room? It's probably bigger than most in Colombia. I definitely recommend this hotel.
