The resort itself is beautiful, with stunning views, nice cold and warm pools and the staff are very helpful. Value for money is very high and you definitely should stay here, no doubts.

Located 14 km from Arenal Volcano National Park, Lomas del Volcan offers lush gardens, an outdoor pool and a hot tub. Each air-conditioned cabin has free Wi-Fi and flat-screen cable TV. Beautiful grounds, clean, and spacious. The facilities were fantastic with a restaurant on the premise, which had a variety of menu options. We actually enjoyed our dinner a lot there at the restaurant (much to our surprise), however, it is on the pricier side which we had expected.

Rusticy style cabins attached by elevated walkways and paths and completely surrounded by jungle. Very private and special. Great food. Loved the hot springs and cool plunge ( and the slide into it ) Superior service. A unique and elevated experience. I would definitely recommend and I will go back !

Chato Arenal Lodge has a nice breakfast with fresh fruits and an amazing view from the restaurant. The room was super clean and the beds were very comfortable, I loved that the hotel is at a walking distance from La Fortuna waterfalls and a five minutes drive from the downtown where you can have access to restaurants, cafes and the hot springs. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, Esteban was very helpful and shared with me some beautiful location that I can visit. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying at Chato Arenal on my next visit to Costa Rica.
