The hot spring area is superb - after long hike in the rain forests, we relaxed in the hot spring. The bar in the area served variety of drinks and dishes - all tasty.

Absolutely beautiful spot in the rainforest close enough to the tourist activities, but distant enough for a complete disconnect. The view of the Arenal Volcano from our room was stunning. Facilities made of exquisite woodwork. Lots to see. Great pool area. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Located 14 km from Arenal Volcano National Park, Lomas del Volcan offers lush gardens, an outdoor pool and a hot tub. Each air-conditioned cabin has free Wi-Fi and flat-screen cable TV. The suite, including private deck with jetted tub set in an amazing jungle garden, was better than advertised, as was the general pools area. The location was a perfect and tranquil spot to start our daily adventures from. Good breakfasts.

Chato Arenal Lodge has a nice breakfast with fresh fruits and an amazing view from the restaurant. The room was super clean and the beds were very comfortable, I loved that the hotel is at a walking distance from La Fortuna waterfalls and a five minutes drive from the downtown where you can have access to restaurants, cafes and the hot springs. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, Esteban was very helpful and shared with me some beautiful location that I can visit. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying at Chato Arenal on my next visit to Costa Rica.
