Perfect location: near city center but very quiet , Well prepared breakfast

Ive been backpacking south america for aproximately 3 months and this is by far one of the nicest places ive stayed at. Super good and helpful hosts with everything. They will be glad to help you book trips or if there is any othwr issues. They also uppgraded our room to a better one because it was free at the moment. We decided to stay longer in banos because of the hotel and also that banos is a great place. The location is a bit off on the map but it takes like 10 mins to the city center by foot.

The location is magic. It’s so close to the city center yet so calm, far from the noise There are beautiful views on the canyon. We enjoyed the pools and hamakas very much. Staff was very nice.

Very good location, right in the city centre. Our room was very nice with a very comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast is nice, with some options included in the price and some options you have to pay a little extra for.

Super location, near the centre with views of the magnificent waterfall. Modern art on the walls; some done by the owners. Family owned hotel and the owners were super friendly and chatty. All rooms are slightly different. We stayed in 2 different rooms and both were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice too.

The apartment is very modern, comfortable beds and facilities. Very spacious and bright. Main room is amazing, with the jacuzzin and en suite bathroom. Well equiped kitchen and area for barbecue. Also very easy check in, very friendly service. Great location I would definitely come back again

Breakfast is really decent, room was awesome but it was the deluxe suite for a high price. Staff is really friendly, great view and nice beds. Location is great as well. Just a little out of the busy areas.

The staff were very friendly and helpful; they carried our heavy luggage upstairs without being asked, and not only stored my parents' leftover pizza in their personal fridge but also heated it up the following morning so they could eat it for breakfast. :-) I've stayed in Baños many times and love this location on the river; it's much quieter than being in the center of town! Double rooms are modern and comfortable if a bit on the small side (you can only get out of one side of the bed).
