I wished I could have stay longer. Adel is an amazing host. He went above and beyond to make sure I am happy with my stay. The place is very nice, Adel is also an artist and he painted the beautiflul pictures on the walls himself. The location is also great, very chill place, next to the lake, walking distance from the center. Also the Abu Simbel city itself is very relaxed and it would be nice to chill here for few days. I am VERY happy that I stayed there and that I met such a great host :) THANK YOU

Since the hotel is on an island, we informed them of our late arrival, and the owner personally picked us up from the ferry dock, even carrying our luggage. The room was clean and compact, with both air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The bathroom was also clean, and there was hot water. The hotel had a beautiful terrace where they prepared breakfast at our requested time. When we wanted to visit the Botanical Garden, the owner’s son took us there by boat for a reasonable hourly fee. After exploring, we decided to visit Nubian Village, and once again, the hotel’s boat transported us. The boat ride on the Nile was magical, especially when they turned off the motor so we could listen to the birds. When we wanted to visit Philae, they arranged everything seamlessly. Since we couldn’t cross the dam by boat, they dropped us off on the mainland, where their partnered taxi driver was waiting for us. He was incredibly kind and talkative. From there, we took a boat named "Büşra" (which happens to be my name!) to Philae. The boat owner had pre-purchased our tickets, allowing us easy entry. After our tour, the taxi driver picked us up again, and we asked for a restaurant recommendation. He suggested Mekka Restaurant, where we had an excellent meal. In the evening, we explored the market and called the hotel owner, who sent a boat to pick us up. Their assistance in making transportation so smooth was truly valuable. On our last day, they allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel while we explored the city. Before our flight, the owner’s son brought our luggage to the ferry dock, and their partnered taxi driver took us to the airport. He was so kind that he even shared his own food with us. The hotel’s architecture, interior design, and overall ambiance were beautiful. They even made a special tea for us.

Not only is the location of the hotel exceptional, but the entire staff starting with the manger to the restaurant staff are wholehearted, welcoming and beyond friendly, they simply treat you like family! I would like to sincerely thank each and every one in the hotel for the their dedication , passion and most importantly being keen to ensure that the guests leave with an unforgetable experience. Situated on Aswan’s highest hill, Hotel Basma offers unique views over the River Nile. It features a terraced garden and pool deck. The Nubian Museum is right across the property. The location of property is great close to the city centre just 10 minutes away by walk. The staff are great specially Maria and Reham who helped us a lot for every matter.

My stay at Gloria Aqua Park Hotel was truly wonderful. The food was a highlight—lunch and dinner were both delicious. The staff went above and beyond to be friendly and cooperative, and I was so grateful for their generosity when they upgraded my room to a beautiful aqua view. The aqua park was a ton of fun, and the lifeguards were always professional and friendly. What really stood out was the peaceful atmosphere; the entire hotel is clean, quiet, and offers a real sense of calm. I was also delighted to find that the hotel had a prayer room, which was a very appreciated convenience.

Wonderful quiet location high up above the town of Aswan with amazing view. Our rooms were in the ground floor with wide terraces and comfy outdoor seating. There was a small pool beside our room which was so refreshing with fluffy towels and sun loungers. The rooms were spacious modern and clean with crisp bed linen, small seating area. Bottles of water provided and plates of fruit and sweet treats refreshed daily. There was a small bar area which served beer, wine etc. Staff were really excellent. An early start one morning we were given breakfast boxes, all ready when we arrived at reception. It was great value for money for2 rooms B&B for 2 nights. Loved it and highly recommend this hotel.

What a remarkable location, perched high up on the banks of The Nile, overlooking Aswan in the distance on the other bank! Blissfully quiet. The buildings themselves are quite remarkable, in absolutely fascinating Nubian style. The staff are delightful and the food varied and delicious. The complex is located at the very end of the road so there is no passing traffic. There is easy access across the Nile from below the hotel. The gorge at this point is very steep but transport is provided to the ferry point by the hotel.

We had a quiet suite far from the swimming pool. We can walk to the temple. We wait for sound and light and come back walking. We bring our breakfast at the temple to see sunrise

ACHERTOD Nubian House nằm ở Naj‘ al Maḩaţţah, cách Lăng mộ Aga Khan 21 km và Bảo tàng Nubian 2.9 km. Aladdin the owner was so helpful and accommodating. He would make sure we got where we wanted to go and that we had all that we needed. Very peaceful spot on the Nile.
