You can access the rooftop whenever you want – morning, evening, late at night. Sitting there under the stars, watching the pyramids in silence, was one of the most special experiences of our trip. This is a family ran hotel and the owner Amr is so nice and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for him! The view of the pyramids from our room and during breakfast on the terrace is beautiful. All of the staff working in the hotel are so nice and friendly. The hotel has all the essentials anyone expects and if you do need anything extra then Amr will arrange it for you. My wife and I needed a taxi back to the hotel late at night after dinner, we couldn't find a taxi ourselves so I contacted Amr who sent his brother to come and pick us up within 5 minutes! That is what you call service! We also took a tour of Saqqara and Memphis with a guide that Amr helped us to arrange and it was one of the best days on our trip. I highly recommend this hotel!
