Very nice four-star hotel resort, with nice and helpful English speaking staff, a clean pool and clean and large, cozy rooms (we actually had two rooms as we were uograded to a suite upon arrival!) Thank you! The resort is located close to the Grand Egyptian Museum (by car!) and the great pyramids of Giza. The staff go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant and interesting as possible, offering extras like bottled water and tours from and back to the hotel without being too pushy. Special thanks to Maria at the front desk, and the entire F&B Staff and Management for the special treatment when we were in need, and of course the concierge/limousine service for their assistance throughout our stay!

The stay at this hotel was exceptional. We enjoyed every single moment spent there. For start, we got a free airport transfer to the hotel. The owner met us at the place showed us our room, which was clean and had a great view on the pyramids. Everything was working without problems. We even had a fridge in the room. Amr, the owner, is the best! Without him we wouldn't have had such an amazing experience. He offered us plenty of tour, trips and cruises, such as the trip to the Red Sea, the Pyramids, Nile Cruise and a lot more, that we haven't visited due to not having enough time. He even had some hand made jewelry to offer. When we were leaving, he even gave us some gifts to remember him by. All in all, this is definitely the place to go if you want to have an amazing experience in Cairo. Definitely will recommend!

When I first entered the hotel, I noticed the lobby was small but clean. The receptionist was polite and checked me in quickly. The room had good lighting, and the bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom was well prepared with no unpleasant smells. If you need a place to sleep in central Cairo without high costs, this is a suitable option.

One of the absolute highlights is the rooftop: the view of the pyramids is simply breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. It honestly feels like a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The staff here deserves a special mention. Everyone is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything you need. They arranged our tours around Egypt seamlessly, which made us feel very safe and well taken care of throughout the whole trip. Their support made everything so much easier and stress-free. Breakfast was delicious every morning, with plenty of options and fresh food. We also tried other dishes during our stay, and everything was so tasty and prepared with great care. Overall, this hotel combines comfort, cleanliness, beautiful views, and outstanding hospitality. We felt at home from the first moment and completely secure knowing we had a team looking out for us. I can’t recommend it highly enough!
