Very nice four-star hotel resort, with nice and helpful English speaking staff, a clean pool and clean and large, cozy rooms (we actually had two rooms as we were uograded to a suite upon arrival!) Thank you! The resort is located close to the Grand Egyptian Museum (by car!) and the great pyramids of Giza. The staff go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant and interesting as possible, offering extras like bottled water and tours from and back to the hotel without being too pushy. Special thanks to Maria at the front desk, and the entire F&B Staff and Management for the special treatment when we were in need, and of course the concierge/limousine service for their assistance throughout our stay!

The staff were incredibly kind to us. They welcomed us with a cold drink because it was very hot. Then, they helped us dealing with a problem we had ensuring we felt safe. They offer tours and you can ask them anything you need. Location is perfect, in front of the ticket office. The bed was amazing super relaxing, all the room clean and the bathroom was clean and good too. When we checked out, they offer to keep our luggage until the night. We really appreciate the kindness and we will come back to the same hotel next time.

It's truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience to wake up and see such an iconic site just outside your window. The place is very clean and well-maintained. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. They made sure everything was taken care of during my stay. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, which made it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. Highly recommended if you're looking for a clean, well-located hotel with an amazing view of the Pyramids. I would definitely come back again

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Amr, who was not only professional but also incredibly kind and attentive throughout my stay. He provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants, transportation, and must-see places, which made my trip even more enjoyable. The room itself exceeded my expectations — it was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable, and the amenities provided (from toiletries to coffee and tea) were of high quality and thoughtfully arranged. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the room's design, which made it feel amazing yet inviting. The location of the property was also perfect for my trip. It was within walking distance of many key attractions. Despite being in a central area, the hotel was quiet, allowing for a peaceful night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. Breakfast was another highlight — there was a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. It was the perfect way to start each day. Overall, this was one of the best stays I’ve ever had.
