She helped me extend my stay by 2 weeks at a great rate 😄 Nisma was a sweetheart too, she made up my room like it was a honeymoon suite with flower petals on the bed and swan shaped towels 🥰 I am so happy I came here!

The accommodation provides a business centre, a concierge service and organising tours for guests. The staff was very attentive and polite! The room was spacious and I loved the fact that it was real wood, glass and tiles instead of cheap plastic "modern" furniture. I enjoyed the little gifts like the slippers and the loofah bath mitt. After I left, I went to join a group at the Hilton next door. I was really disappointed. All plastic, not clean, didn't get water every day, and it felt much more impersonal. Of course it was much more expensive than the Swiss Inn Plaza, which made me appreciate the value of the SIP even more!
