You feel that the whole appartement is designed with love and a lot of thoughts, how to make the stay as comfortable as possible for the guests. The apparment is super clean and has a very nice design. The host is extremly freindly and caring. The beach and a little city centre with restaurants and a supermarket is only 10 minutes on foot away.

This adults-only property is 5 minutes on foot from the beach and has a superb position overlooking the Atlantic Ocean on La Gomera Island. Well equipped apartment which is located right next to the sea with fabulous views of the sea. We found the apartment very quiet and we were not disturbed by the neighbours. The complex sent us information on how to enter the small complex and apartment on the day and there was a remote for the parking gate inside the apartment. There was plenty of parking in their private car park. The bedding and towels were changed after 2 days and the apartment was in a very clean condition throughout our stay. The staff We saw were vert helpful and friendly. It is located on a short walk from a Spar supermarket and several nice restaurants nearby. Valle Gran Rey is basically split into 2 parts with the area we stayed on one side and the other half near a small port with various boat trips available and some more restaurants. It was about a 30 minute walk from the apartment to the port or a 5 minute drive. We would definitely stay in these apartments again if we visit la gomera in the future. In our opinion, having driven all over the island, Valle Gran Rey is the best location to stay particularly compared to San Sebastian which has a city feel where Valle Gran Rey has a village vibe.

Located on the pretty Canarian island of La Gomera, with views of the town and the nearby island of Tenerife, this stunning Parador hotel is set on the hilltop, in beautiful tropical gardens. My room had great views and was very comfortable. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the views were fantastic. I felt breakfast had less variety and than other hotels we stayed at during our trip. The breakfast was not included and the per person price for breakfast was high. There was a coffee maker that was quite tricky to work. After spending 15 minutes to get 1/2 cup of coffee the waitress brought a pot of coffee to the table. The wait staff was friendly and helpful.
