Situated beside Ainola Park and Oulu Cathedral, Lapland Hotel Oulu provides free WiFi and pool access and northern Finnish cuisine. All rooms have luxury bedding and large flat-screen TVs. The room was warm and comfortable, breakfast was amazing and we had a lovely meal at the hotel too! Sauna and pool were very good and clean, although ladies' sauna was a little on the small side and the mixed sauna was closed. But other than that, a great stay.

Design Guesthouse Laanila offers a shared lounge, a garden and air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. I loved the cleanliness of the entire house. The sauna was great and so was the patio. We also loved having bikes to use.

These modern apartments are 8 minutes’ drive from Kuusamo town centre and 21 km from Ruka Ski Resort. Each offers a private sauna, free wired internet access and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartments are amazing! Very modern, clean, warm and comfortable. Sauna, fireplace, cloth dryer, fully equipped kitchen with all cleaning supplies- which is usually rare and have to be bought by yourself. I was impressed. And I travel a lot. This resort has a lot to offer, swimming pool, bowling, ski rental, restaurant. We were mostly outside but there is enough to do. Ski buses and taxis are nearby which is very convenient. Overall this is a very good place to stay if you don’t want to go skiing. If skiing is a major goal then I would recommend Ruka.

Our stay at Ruka Center Chalet 3B4 – Ski-In / Ski-Out from December 12 to 19 was outstanding and fully deserves a 9.9/10 rating. The chalet benefits from an exceptional location, offering true ski-in/ski-out access and immediate proximity to all essential services, making our stay extremely convenient. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout, and the chalet was very comfortable, well designed, and fully equipped for an extended stay. The sauna functioned perfectly and was ideal for relaxing after long days. In addition, the washing machine, stove, and dishwasher all worked flawlessly, adding to the overall comfort and practicality of the accommodation. Special mention goes to the host, who was consistently attentive, responsive, and helpful, always available to answer questions promptly. Overall, this was an excellent experience that we would highly recommend without hesitation

We lliked how spacious the house was and the seperate facilitys for ski equipment. And 4 bathrooms were very nice to have for our group. The bedrooms are cozy and our group had a lot of fun while our stay here.
