Overlooking Loch Feochan with panoramic views of rugged mountains and tranquil islands, Knipoch House Hotel is just a short drive from Oban, the seafood capital of Scotland and a gateway to the Isles.... Lovely setting, warm and welcoming! we really relaxed there. Very compfortable room, good sized bathroom and super attention to detail in room decor. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was simply amazing! Had drinks before and after in the lounges too, very cosy setting

This romantic 4-star country house hotel offers views from each bedroom. It offers a Scottish dining and local seafood in the property's restaurant with a choice of menus. The view was stunning, very quiet relaxing property. Room was adequate and spacious, bed comfortable enough. The food was delicious and fresh. Chef and staff go extra lengths for a beautiful dining experience. We were impressed as it is in more of a remote location.

The location was perfect and Drew met us upon arrival. He gave us a thorough walk thru and recommendations. The room had a excellent view and was very clean and tidy. I loved the breakfast that was prepared by Alison and Drew. She also makes wonderful homemade jams.

Attention to detail in everything was amazing. The small things such as food and drinks to go were great and kept us fueled during a grueling round of golf at Machrihanish. This is a great base for a trip a golf trip of going to Carradale, Dunaverty or Machrihanish. The breakfast was exceptional; We had a full menu to choose from for our breakfast with different options. As far as Scottish breakfasts go this was up their with the best we have had.

The whole package offered at the Gramarvin B & B was excellent, from first arriving to unfortunately having to leave. The breakfast was great. The view from our bedroom window was amazing and the room was immaculate. I can’t wait to book up and visit Oban again.
