My room was spotless and had everything I needed. They offer a vegan option for breakfast that they adjust depending on your needs, I really appreciated that. The place is super central, close to the train station & restaurants. I would definitely go again!

We were able to park the car and walk to everything. Had dinner at The Fern Cottage and it was the best dinner we had in Scotland. Delicious breakfast and wonderful hosts.

Best overnight stay we have had in ages, lovely hotel, gorgeous decor, comfy bar area and pretty outside terrace for drinks if the sun appears. Breakfast was a delicious treat which we didn’t expect but thoroughly enjoyed. Will return without hesitation soon.

It was absolutely flawless, from the style of the room, professional and friendly staff, high level of the restaurant. Really impressive.

Lovely location, absolutely spotless and the little touches were spot on. I've already booked to come back. 10/10 couldn't recommend more. The breakfast at the cafe is also delicious!

Everything was perfect: the friendly hosts, the cozy room, the location in this beautiful neighbourhood, the stunning garden and house, the big parking space, the breakfast with soo many choices, … we loved it!
