We received a very warm welcome and were even offered tea and biscuits on our late arrival. The house is just beautiful and the location is outstanding. We felt so at home. The bed was very comfortable and the views stunning. Breakfast was amazing. We also bought some home-made products which are Excellent. Overall, we can’t wait to go back there hopefully soon. We highly recommend this outstanding place.

Excellent little lodge! Very nicely decorated and super clean. All the toiletries available so no need to take your own and so are the towels. Nice and cozy with a log burner available. We checked in on valentine's day and so we were surprised with a lovely bottle of prosecco. Also the lodge is in a great location with a beautifully kept garden. Would 100% recommend it!

Having been there long ago, I find now it's a little bit more tourist controlling but still a must. Bakewell is a great town and also a must visit. Great view's great fun and a great stay at that lovely property we stayed at. Top Dollar.

Great wee house, especially since we were only a couple of mins away from Alton Towers The beds were super comfy, and we loved the kitchen. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and stay here again

It’s beautiful ❤️ if we could move in tomorrow we would ! I went for my 40th birthday celebrations with my husband and my 2 daughters and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. The hot tub is amazing! It’s so comfortable and clean! The hosts are lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. We will definitely be back ! Thank you
