Everything was perfect from booking, the view of the hotel from outside, check in and reception staff were excellent. Good smell and calm music at the lobby. We enjoyed the breakfast, lots of variety and nicely presented with friendly staff aound. Thank you guys (Samoni, Tekle, Nia, Ana, Sandro and all) we had a good time and we are definitely coming back again.

The hotel is not in the very center of the city, but it's only a 10-minute walk away, which gives you the tranquility of a tree-lined street. The room was spacious and equipped with everything you could need; they even provided bathrobes. The open buffet breakfast was fantastic, with a huge variety of options. Enjoying our breakfast in the winter garden was a particular pleasure. The hotel also has ample parking, which is very helpful for those traveling by car.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect — right in the comfortable and quiet centre, making relaxing and exploring the area easy. The room had everything we needed, including a freezer, kettle, and other useful amenities, making our stay more convenient. A special thanks to Tea, the hostess, who was incredibly helpful. Even after we checked out, she allowed us to use the shower and an available room, which was a huge relief before our journey. Her kindness made our experience even better. I highly recommend staying here!

Best Western Kutaisi City Center cung cấp chỗ nghỉ ở Kutaisi gần Ga Kutaisi và Bảo tàng lịch sử Kutaisi Historical Museum. The property is located just next to pedestrian glass bridge over the river, in the heart of the city. Lots of restaurants and places nearby at walking distance. Very courteous staff at the reception. My car battery got dead during the stay there and the staff helped me with fixing the car. I really appreciate their timely help to avoid ruining our travel plans. I will definitely recommend this place if you are looking to stay in the heart of Kutaisi to explore the city and nearby attractions.
