The heating worked perfectly as well. We had a long drive to Kazbegi and this was just the resting space we needed. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed walking around too. The hotel is very close to the town centre so in terms of supplies and food etc, it is very well connected.

They felt like family to us—always helpful, quick to respond, and always smiling and joking. This is true not just for one person, but for everyone who works there! It was even a little bit sad to leave because of these kind-hearted people. You will never find this level of staff anywhere else. I truly wish them all the best and hope that every guest has the same experience.
