The person on duty was super nice. Our car battery ran out because we left the lights on and he brought his car with cables and fixed it for us. Also, we caused some damage to the garage door and they didn't charge us for that. Thanks royal green, you really helped us! 💚

There is an excellent restaurant right next to the property.

We had a truly unforgettable stay at this beautiful accommodation in Kazbegi. The view of the mountains is absolutely breathtaking—easily one of the best in the region! Waking up to that scenery each morning was magical. We initially planned to stay for just 2 nights but ended up extending by 2 more because we loved the property so much. It was the perfect combination of comfort, warmth, and natural beauty. Although there was a bit of a language barrier, the host was incredibly kind and went out of her way to make us feel welcome and cared for. On a day when there was no electricity in the whole of Kazbegi, she thoughtfully offered to provide us with hot water, which was such a generous and helpful gesture. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the facilities we needed. The host personally greets each guest when they arrive or leave, which adds such a warm, personal touch to the experience. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony, often joined by a few friendly stray dogs and cats who love to sit nearby while you enjoy your coffee—such gentle and sweet companions. The location is peaceful, easy to access, and the mountain views are truly to die for. We would absolutely recommend this place to future guests and are already thinking about coming back again soon!

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. Everything was wonderful - comfortable room, great service, attention to details. We used the sauna which was a nice experience. The restaurant serves high quality food and we enjoyed the dinner experience. Highly recommend!

An unbelievably outstanding find. The ambience of this place is something I cannot describe - but what I can say is I will be back!  The essence of 10 Georgian historical figures captured in 10 rooms is a novel and unique way to allow guests to be immersed in the history of Georgian culture. Our maître d', Lado, is worthy of mention and high praise. He recommended excellent wines for both our meals and was attentive to absolutely everything. Nothing was too much for him. The restaurant, in my opinion, is worthy of a Michelin rated award - every dish was prepared to the highest quality and the presentation - excellent. Evenings were made complete with an outstanding pianist, a maestro, who could play absolutely everything! I loved everything about this boutique hotel!

This is an amazing place to return to, which we did by staying for another night. All the rooms are new and have everything you need and more, with a stunning mountain vew’s. A very tasty and hearty breakfast with great view. I would like to express my gratitude to Niko for his hospitality. It felt like we were visiting a friend. I highly recommend this place. We will definitely return.❤️
