The villa is very clean and comfortable, set in gorgeous garden surroundings. It is quiet and private. The pool and BBQ were well enjoyed. A quick drive into St François and nearby beaches. Highly recommend a stay here, and I hope to return for longer another time.

The location was perfect for exploring Grande Terre. The rooms were lovely; the pool area divine. The breakfast (and the dinners) were great value, served with attention and care. The hosts were absolutely wonderful, helping us to plan our two weeks in Guadeloupe, and showing great patience with our limited language skills (primarily English, with only a bit of French.) When our travel plans to Marie Galante were disrupted, their help was essential to keeping our vacation on track.

We spent pretty much all of our time on the balcony because the view is just incredible - from morning to sundown. Close to La Caravelle beach as well, which we enjoyed chilling at.

The villa was amazing as it was situated on a hill with a sublime view of the Caribbean Sea and also the landscape was very beautiful, with mature trees and plants. There was not much going on around us so it was very quiet. We loved watching the sunset and the sunrise. We were within walking distance from the beach " Les Raisins Clairs" and the Port de Peche. We enjoyed almost daily walks to the town of Saint Francois. We loved the food and craft market ( no market on Mondays) and also we loved watching the pelicans in the Port de Peche. We also enjoyed a few meals out in the restaurants around the town centre. Finally it is a great town if you enjoy sports as there is an athletic track, a tennis club, a golf course and a flat road up to the Pointe Des Chateaux so you can cycle there easily. Finally the Grande Anse des Salines, which is at about 10 kilometers from Saint Francois is an amazing beach where you can do snorkeling and see amazing tropical fishes.
