She made us feel welcome and ensured every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The villa itself was stunning—immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It was also blissfully quiet, offering the perfect environment to relax. The pool was a highlight—crystal clear and so inviting! Our package included breakfast, which was a delight. We simply ticked our selections the day before, and it was delivered promptly the next morning. Kelly often added a thoughtful personal touch, such as warm pastries or fresh fruit, which made our mornings even more special. I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Eroldae Villas offers beautiful accommodations and exceptional customer service. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful and memorable stay.

I must assert that it stands out as the most exemplary accommodation we've experienced to date:) The hotel's service, as well as the helpfulness, dedication, positivity and pleasant conversations of the staff, made our stay wonderful. We felt as comfortable as if we were at home. Each morning, our day was elevated by Christina’s impeccable breakfast service. We are grateful to the whole team, especially Martine, Maria, and Petros. Our birthday celebration and honeymoon were truly extraordinary. Additionally, Costa Costa Beach and Costa D’ora Restaurant were exceptional. We look forward to the possibility of future encounters. Set on a hilltop with panoramic views over the Ionian Sea, the seafront White Rocks Hotel Kefalonia boasts a private beach area, an outdoor pool with sun terrace and a beachfront bar. Guests can enjoy 3 on-site bars, as well as 2 restaurants, a library and an art gallery. We had a wonderful stay! The hotel has a large and beautiful territory with a private beach (pebbly) and easy access to a public sandy beach (€15–20 for two sunbeds). The sea is crystal clear — perfect for swimming. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a great variety of fresh vegetables, meat, and fish. Coffee at breakfast was especially good! Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We would love to come back — highly recommended!

They also include a safety deposit box and tea-and-coffee-making facilities. The hotel is absolutely amazing!!! It looks so idyllic and relaxing, like heaven on earth. Marvellous garden, refreshing swimmingpools, superb restaurant and a breakfast buffet with a huge variety of choices. The rooms are very comfortable and the location is very convenient with 4 beaches in walking distance and the city close by. The staff was also incredibly helpful and welcoming. Last but not least, the hotel dog, Simba is so sweet and gives joy to everyone around.

The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and impeccably maintained — but what truly made our week unforgettable was Lady Elina. She was warm, gracious, and genuinely attentive to every detail. Her presence brought soul, elegance, and a personal touch that elevated our entire stay. You rarely meet someone who can combine professionalism with such authentic kindness. Thank you for everything — we left with beautiful memories and we would return anytime.
