Home of king Leonidas of the 300 Spartans. The room was huge and had a balcony with these views. Great for a family as the pool would be the perfect place for the hot Greek summer. Less than 10 mins to the town and only an €8 fare. Bed was comfortable and the air conditioning most welcomed. The staff were all too helpful.

The 4-star Thirides Beach Resort is a complex of stone buildings featuring a swimming pool, restaurant and 2 bars, just 30 metres from the beach of Mavrovouni. Right on the beach with nice facilities, soft comfortable beds and pillows. Spacious rooms, homemade breakfast. Really enjoyed our stay and time at the pool.

The atmosphere was warm, boutique, and deeply personal. What truly set this stay apart was the exceptional hospitality of Sakis, the host. He was incredibly attentive and caring. I wasn't feeling well during part of our stay, and he went out of his way to ensure my comfort — from preparing a chicken soup to finding the right tea for me. His kindness and genuine care made all the difference. The *private access to the beach* was a dream, and the *rich, beautifully presented breakfast* completed the experience. This is more than just a hotel — it's a sanctuary crafted with love and soul. Highly recommended for anyone looking for beauty, peace, and heartfelt hospitality.
