Travelling with teenagers so it was great for them to be able to come and go as they pleased. We ate really well at the local restaurants but it's also super easy to jump on the bus into Skiathos Town. You don't really need to hire a car if you are happy to stick to the south of the island. We were leaving on a late ferry so stayed by the pool for the last day and used the shower/changing facilities available.

Ideally located in the protected area of the Strofilia Lake, 200 metres from the award-winning Koukounaries Beach, Mandraki Village Boutique Hotel features a swimming pool and restaurant. It offers elegant accommodation with free internet and balcony. We stayed for two weeks in Mandraki village and everything was really exceptional. The hotel is very well located near the Koukounaries beach, it took us less than 10 minutes to walk there and it is not demanding at all. The restaurant in the hotel is really good, they have great variety and quality with normal prices. The breakfast was great as well, with a lot of traditional Greek foods and also classic breakfast dishes. The room was overlooking the garden and it was spacious and luxurious. Cleanliness overall is exceptional. Lastly, the staff was very welcoming and kind, we felt very welcome and will definitely try to visit again. :)

We stayed in Skiathos in the peak of the season in July for a week and one of the most pleasant choices we made throughout was our time spent in Nimfi. The hotel offers well-cared for amenities, the pool is great, the parking is ok, the beach bar is sweet, but the top-notch element are the rooms with a private tub - 15 out of 10 stars for these rooms' arrangement, interior and view...oh, the view! All in all, I'm yearning summer'26 coming sooner, so I'd be able to come back to your beautiful place and sunny island :)

My husband and I decided to go on a couple’s trip together and we had such an amazing time. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the location made it easy to explore the area and enjoy the beach. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The room was so clean and the service was amazing. 10/10 recommended.

Located in the town of Skiathos, 250 metres from the centre, Alkyon is a seafront hotel with a lovely pool with sun terrace surrounded by lush greenery. Its air-conditioned rooms feature a private balcony. Perfect location (15mins walk from the airport, 10mins from the old Skiathos town), amazing staff, wide variety of breakfast with an incredible view. Literally the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Highly recommended!

The bright and sunny rooms have a private balcony with table and chairs. Each is air conditioned and includes a satellite TV, minibar and safe. Experience to repeat! We left the Punta hotel today with a heavy heart. We had a really great time. The reception is very precise, attentive and welcoming. The cleanliness is impeccable. The staff is always helpful and kind. One evening, even though we had arrived after the scheduled dinner time, they understood our inconvenience (along a very steep descent the brakes of the rented scooter had broken) and they still allowed us to have dinner (and they made sure we were fine). Both the pool and the private beach are fantastic. The private beach in particular is a corner of paradise. The pool bar is very nice and well-equipped, the dishes and cocktails are very good. The view from the hotel is breathtaking and the location is also perfect (having rented a scooter we had a great time). We felt at home. We can't wait to go back there!
