Location: Great Area / Neighborhood and close to amazing restaurants. Size : Very convenient for 4 people in our case. Facilities : Everything is available ! (except a smart tv but that's just a small detail ) Style : Cute with renovated kitchen and bathroom. Check in : super easy As a whole , very very happy with the house !

Room was spacious with good air conditioning. Bed was really big and comfortable. Courtyard where breakfast was served was fab, cool and calm. Breakfast was great with plenty of quality food and always the offer of a cooked breakfast. Staff were fabulous, friendly and helpful. Pool area is small, this wasn’t a problem for us as there was always somewhere to sit. Location was fab for us, few minutes from ferry but quiet and really close to bars and restaurants.

Stunning hotel in the perfect location. Rooms are modern and spacious. I had a room with a balcony facing the harbor which was a real treat. Breakfast was pleasant and served inside or outside overlooking the harbor. They made an amazing Margarita at the bar !

Really clean, spacious, cozy, safe. Owner created a great atmosphere! Loved the shower! In general property is renovated, modern, really nice that they accept pets. Owner accommodates to every single need you have with pleasure and that’s the most important part!

Fantastic location, just back from the seafront, easy stroll to town. Hotel is modern, tastefully decorated and furnished, spotlessly clean. The owner Fotis was extremely helpful. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful (hot food cooked to order) Room was well appointed. Appreciated having fridge and safe in room. Water pressure for showers was brilliant. Two balconies to sit on - one private and one shared. Bed was very comfortable. Booked for 2 nights but stayed for 4!

Beautiful new hotel that’s been decorated to a very high standard in a modern island style. The location is perfect. You can walk easily to the beach and restaurants from a central position. Best of all was the owner Fotis. He called ahead of time to make sure we had the best way to travel to Spetses. He provided a personal touch throughout our stay. What a wonderful host.

Perfect location, 5 minutes from harbor and city center. Swimming pool is wonderful and sea is at the corner. Rooms are well sized and very clean. The breakfast is delicious and the people in hotel are very friendly and always willing to help. We stayed a week in the hotel and would love to come back.
