I had run into issues with my flight out of Guatemala at 5 am and returned to Guatemala City feeling anxious and sad and the way he helped me settle down, offered me breakfast (although I was only checking in at 3 pm that day), got a room cleaned up earlier and allotted me so I could have some rest. I will not forget his help all my life. I found my dorm clean, the kitchen is well equipped and clean, the breakfast is good, the place is in a good location. I slept well the bed was comfortable

She told me where I could get breakfast, take my meeting call, wait for my room and did her best to get me a room way ahead of the official check in time. This was so nice and I really appreciated it.
