This hotel has very polite staff at reception and the restaurant. I forgot to authorise my bank to allow me to use my card internationally, and so I needed some time to arrange this. The staff understood and allowed me to settle my bill upon out. The restaurant staff made me feel welcomed and took the time to chat with me. The hotel is visually very warm and cosy and my room was quiet. This was the second time I have stayed here because I had a similar experience the first time.

The location of the hotel is in zone 4, there are bars and restaurants nearby, which you can also visit in the evening on foot. The hotel is also easy to get to the airport (with transport) and if you don't mind walking, Zone 1 is about a 40 minute away. The hotel has a very good cause, all their profits go to children's education.
