The hotel was designed very tastefully and sympathetic to the surroundings. The facilities were tranquil but exciting for the kids and very relaxing and peaceful with calming spa music played along the walkways and within the facilities. Staff were all friendly, polite and very welcoming.

I arrived early in the morning around 7am, tired out bc I'd been up the entire night, so I wasn't thinking straight. It was like she knew I needed extra help. She told me where I could get breakfast, take my meeting call, wait for my room and did her best to get me a room way ahead of the official check in time. This was so nice and I really appreciated it.
