It looked like a castle, the bedroom was nicely decorated. Food amazing and they had a late night bar, free bikes to go for a walk, spa was amazing and included in the package.

We absolutely recommend Superior Room with Balcony. Great staff, polite and friendly, even though we don't speak Hungarian and most of them are not quite good sith their English - they managed to resolve all requests. :))) Food was really good!

Housing a restaurant with Hungarian and international cuisine, a wellness area with a swimming pool and awaits you with air-conditioned rooms, Four Points by Sheraton Kecskemet Hotel and Conference... Beds were insanely comfy and room was pitch black Check in was quick and staff were great. If you need to go to this small cute town we highly recommend you stay here.

Nicely renovated, clean, large open spaces. Plenty of separation from outdoor smoking areas. The pools were clean and a good temperature for outdoors. Free onsite parking. Breakfast had sufficient variety and plenty of it. The staff (two lovely young women seemed to be running the show) were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Every request was answered with a smile and "yes of course". Even made me a sandwich and coffee at 10.30pm. I had booked for two nights, Saturday and Sunday but mucked up the dates so they were expecting us on the Friday. I asked if they could add a third night so we could still leave on Monday. "Yes of course"! Guess what? They refused to charge us more!

This modern 4-star hotel is located on the main square of Kecskemet. It features a restaurant and a spa area with an indoor pool. Free Wi-Fi is available. The location is fantastic, in the very center of the town. The staff was very friendly, especially the wellness staff on the first evening. Spa clothes are available for free, the pool was bigger than expected. The balcony in the room offered a great view on the main square, the heating worked well, the room was clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice and helpfull staff, central city square location, nice and clean rooms in the historical building, parking spot in front of the hotel, nice rooms, very cozy and comfy beds!
