Located in the grounds of Dublin Airport, this 4-star Maldron hotel operates a free 24-hour shuttle service to and from the airport terminal for guests. It is within 3 minutes' walk of the terminals, and offers modern air-conditioned rooms, a fine restaurant and secure private parking. I just found it unnecessary when you pay for the stay and still leave a deposit of €100 to be able to stay. As I couldn't use my international card, I paid in cash and they asked for a deposit of €100 in addition to the payment to stay.
