Mary made us so welcome. We checked in and Mary made us tea. We were going to a wedding the following day and so there was no worries about checking out late. Rooms at the Osprey have modern bathrooms with large baths and showers, and free WiFi. The staff was exceptional. they were attentive, helpful, cheerful, authentic and a couple of them even remembered by name.

Glenroyal Hotel offers superb leisure facilities, including a modern leisure club. Maynooth Rail Station is opposite the hotel and Dublin city centre is a 20-minute drive away.

The spacious rooms are comfortably furnished, with stylish decor and a TV. An inclusive full Irish breakfast is provided. The central location and facilities are ideal for getting to know Maynooth and its surroundings. What deserves special mention, however, is the staff. Our daughter had to undergo a medical examination following an accident, and the receptionist immediately took care of the coordination during the night and remained a caring and empathetic point of contact for us throughout the entire time. In addition, the next morning during breakfast, the hotel manager asked about our daughter’s well-being and invited us to breakfast, which we found very considerate and hospitable. Once again, a heartfelt thank you to the entire team!
