The rooms were very clean and mosquitos were almost non-existant across the property. The staff was very nice and helpful, including arranging taxis for our trip to the airport. We enjoyed the food at the restaurant which all seemed to be prepared well and no one got sick in our group (there wasn't any indication we would, food safety was just a big consideration for us on our trip so mentioning it).

First of all, the place immediately felt very clean and welcoming. A wonderful fragrance fills the entire lobby. The ladies at the reception gave us a warm welcome. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The restaurant area is our favorite. The food is excellent and of the highest quality, and the dining staff is very helpful, polite, and attentive to every need. A special mention goes to the restaurant manager, Suresh, who was always attentive and patient, and to his assistant, Muthuraj, who was very kind and sweet. We highly recommend this enchanting place surrounded by nature.

The pool is so lovely, the rooms are wonderful, the staff is incredible and the meals have been carefully planned around the Ayurveda clinic that has the most incredible doctor and therapists taking care of you. I stayed in a premium villa, which is really large and airy and has a veranda for watching the birds during the day or just relaxing. The pool area is so peaceful, surrounded by tropical flowers & plants. All the staff went out of their way to help with anything, they were very knowledgeable about all the wildlife, plants and spices. The food here is great too, if I had one small quibble, it’s that you always got way too much food. I would highly recommend Pepper Trail.
