Hallmark is the neat & tidy condition of the hotel and the rooms. The hotel seems to be brand new and the staff were so courteous and helping by any means. Rooms were well furnished and best of items were provided in the washroom. Though walkable distance to the Sai Mandir, the location was quiet from noises. My first visit to Shirdi had a really pleasant stay and darshan.

His warm hospitality, attention to detail and making the extra effort beyond the call of duty to make us comfortable - is truly appreciated and praiseworthy. All the staff were polite helpful and always ready to help. Special thanks to the chef and cook for the delicious food and special requests, I even got my Morning green smoothie. I would highly recommend Il Palazzo Heritage home Not just for the ambience but for the warm staff and very proactive manager. Very impressive place.
