The Staff , Receptionists to Waiters to Cleaning Staff were friendly and smiling, The room was great A/C worked well , WiFi worked . Music in the Corridors and A/C in the Corridors . Rooms and Hotel very Clean , Breakfast was very good with a wide Variety of food for all tastes, The Waitresses were very polite and friendly, And Spoke some English, my Italian is Rubbish. At night they have a Restaurant that is High Quality, The Food is Awesome from Seafood to Pasta to Steak . The Staff worked as a team and were friendly And Professional. The Hotel would suit All even though its Classed as a Business Hotel. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

My stay at The Gio Hotel was amazing. Mr. Gio welcomed us so warmly and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel is new, spotless, and super cozy, we had a room with the best view! He also gave us great restaurant recommendations and tips on places to explore. Both he and the cook made sure we had halal options for breakfast, which we truly appreciated. The ladies working there were so sweet and kind to us, and the terrace area was beautiful. The hotel’s location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk from Piano di Sorrento train station. I’d definitely stay here again if I visit! And a bonus point! The bathroom has a shattafa, which was really hard to find elsewhere!

Visited Nola for the festa del gigli. We had a rental car so staying here was ok because it was a little far from the square. Fun hotel to just relax in. Breakfast was ok.
