Francesco, the manager, is exceptional with guests, Raj is a wealth of knowledge on Lake Como’s best dining and sightseeing spots, and Gaia at the front desk is simply lovely. The restaurant team was outstanding, especially the host, and every detail of our stay felt personalised. They even helped me plan my engagement proposal, arranging a private boat and photographer hire – a memory we’ll cherish forever. The padel courts were fantastic and became part of our morning routine, while the food was outstanding from breakfast through to lunch, dinner, and poolside snacks. I truly can’t recommend this hotel enough.

Right in the heart of Como and easy to get anywhere you want to go. Breakfast was beyond expectations and was in abundance. The front desk staff of both Nicoleta and Diana were welcoming, friendly and went above and beyond to help with recommendations and continued to check in with our stay. Matilda in the kitchen/bar was a solid 10/10 along with all staff.

Torno is an adorable town and this hotel has the perfect location. Amazing view from window. Room exceptionally clean and beds very comfortable. AC worked well. Breakfast in a lovely room w a view. Parking was easy and a very nice gentleman will help you get into lot and then drive luggage to hotel.

Set in a private park with orange and lemon groves, the historic Hotel Villa Flori features Venetian stucco work and frescos. The Italian general Giuseppe Garibaldi got married here. Staffs were super friendly and the location is just perfect! Martti was so helpful to arrange the parking spot, wonderful guy! I also like the staffs in the restaurants, they’re so friendly!
