The Nichotel is set in the historic centre of Carloforte, near the picturesque promenade and the central square where you can find a wide range of bars, restaurants and shops. Perfect location, sparklingly clean rooms, great breakfasts but the staff really made the whole holiday extra special. They were kind, attentive, knowledgeable and so very friendly. I lost my bag with my passport in it and they were super understanding helping me get it back! I wish all hotel staff were so invested in their guests well-being. This hotel is wonderful and all the staff so friendly. We were shown our room with the electric buggy. Outside seating also with the room. The beach is a short, 200m pretty boardwalk to the golden sand and blue sea. Lovely to have beach chairs and umbrella reserved so no stress beating those towel hoggers. All very well organised and fair. At the beach you get a wrist band which provides electric access to a very clean toilet. Also cafe/bar/ snacks/ ice cream kiosk from the hotel there. The hotel gardens were immaculate and beautiful with 2 very modern pools. Sea temp end of Sept 26c. A fantastic range for breakfast including 6 varied and delicious croissants. We did not dine at the hotel but drove locally to restaurants in the evening as we do not enjoy buffet style and the a la Carte was too fancy although they must be both lovely. Maybe the hotel can consider dining options next season. In summary a fantastic place and relaxing way to end our holiday.

We loved it all, especially Niko at the front dest was extremely helpful and cooperative. He was all over the place helping the guests.
