The breakfast and dinner options were delicious, and the service was impeccable. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the genuine care of the staff, especially b-day welcome drink during breakfast 🙂. One of the highlights of my stay was the shuttle bus service to and from the city center. It made exploring Florence so convenient and stress-free. And the bus driver was very pleasant and gallant.
