I stayed only one night, but it was a great experience. If I return to beautiful Venice, I will definitely stay here again. The location is perfect—just a 3–4 minute walk to the water taxi station and about a 10–15 minute walk to the city center. The hotel is in a quiet area, with a restaurant and a small grocery store nearby.

The rooms with laguna view are modern, silent, well decorated, large, and with a stunning view. The mattress is perfect. Our bathroom had a bath tube. The morning sun lights up the room. Breakfast is solid and also accompanied by nice views of the laguna. Focaccia was very good. Art pieces enrich the garden. Staff was extremely caring and helpful, and offered an upgrade to a larger laguna room.
