Don’t try to look for another place for beeakfast. Personel was very gentle (except one, explained below).

Staff very was helpful and easy to approach. Room was also very clean a bit smaller than what I thought but the main thing it was clean and had everything we needed.

They gave us a junior suite even though we booked a standard room. Food was good and with a lots of variety, especially the breakfast. Pool was super clean and with some activities for adults and kids. The after dinner program was also fun for the kids. 100% recommended for family trips.

The elegant, air-conditioned rooms are all soundproofed and hypoallergenic. They come with parquet floors, satellite TV, and a private bathroom with a hairdryer. The location was perfect - in the middle of the city and easy to walk everywhere. Close to the vaporetto stops and Rialto bridge. Breakfast was excellent. They had a wide variety to choose from. We stayed in the apartment, which looks out over the Grand Canal.
