Al Theatro Palace is set in Venice, a few steps from La Fenice Theatre. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. The location was perfect and walking distance to the main square and had great restaurants around. It had great breakfast and great air con. The staff were great and very attentive we loved our stay. They made us and our one year old feel very welcome

They took care of everything we needed during our stay, a vacation I booked to celebrate my birthday. Upon check-in, Omar realized that it was my birthday, and a bottle of champagne was sent to my room! What a delightful surprise. The concierge team made dinner reservations and made great recommendations for lunch. I enjoyed the food immensely in Venice, and the staff helped us find the best there was to offer in the area. The bartender was kind and knowledgeable about the specials and made great suggestion. The concierge staff also set up our voyage to Murano, an experience I will never forget. Upon check-out, the staff arranged airport transfer and made sure we left on time and with water to keep us cool.
