This was an amazing experience, I honestly don’t know why everyone isn’t staying here. You get to be onsite overnight, in this beautiful and tranquil setting, and have access to the Jordan River, and watch the stars. I have never slept so well or so deeply. And we even had the resident cat, Ginger, giving us the grand tour, and come to get us for breakfast the next morning 😄 The manager was very kind, and arranged for a priest in the Catholic church next door to give us a tour of the baptism site the next day (we are catholic). This was amazing, and we got a full explanation of each part of the site, and we got to spend time at each part of the baptism site. (Usually, to visit during the day, tours are only 30mins to only the main baptism part). Irena cooked us the best vegetarian dinner, and then an excellent breakfast the next morning, and was so kind. There is also tea, coffee and as many biscuits as you can eat provided! I can’t recommend highly enough!!

This 4-star resort in Jordan is situated at the lowest spot on earth. The family oriented resort has outdoor pools with water slides and a terrace overlooking the Dead Sea. The hotel offers free WiFi.... The hotel and resort was 5 star. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take advantage of the amenities the hotel offered due to sightseeing in this historic region..! You should defintely allow at least one half of a day for this hotel experience!

Located in Sowayma, 1.7 km from Amman Beach, O Beach Hotel & Resort provides accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a garden. Everything from check in to check out. Staff was very nice and treated us very respectfully. Rooms with sea view are an special experience there. We had such a room and it was wonderful. Sadley we stayed only 1 night, but we wished for at least 2 or 3 nights more. Private access to the sea with mud cream, sun lounger and shower directly at the deas sea. The also have a great pool with direct view to the dead sea! If we visit jordan again, we 100% come here again, absolut insider tip. I can recommend this hotel for everyone, who wants to have a wonderful and nice stay at the dead sea, but with private beach area to the dead sea.
