I was expecting very rustic but from the moment we arrived at the gorgeous reception it had the feeling of a 5 star hotel and our “room” which covered two floors was everything we hoped for-Authentic with a modern comfort. All drinks were complimentary and we even had gift bags on the bed. The breakfast was an outstanding Japanese style where all dietary restrictions were met. This was definitely a splurge for us but worth and the perfect final night in Japan before flying out of Narita.

The place is a bit off but the view over Tokyo Bay and the accommodation overall was well worth it. We had a one night stay to recharge a bit before jeading to Tokyo for the last leg of the vacation. The syaff was kind and helpful. We did not have dinner here but the breakfast was really good. The communication with the hotel before our stay was also good where the asked for ellergies and some more information ahead of our stay.

The room was very clean and spacious, housekeeping came everyday to tidy up and they did a fantastic job. It was comfortable, with a well adjusted temperature. We enjoyed our festive dinners at the teppanyaki and grill bar. Service staff were professional and friendly, assisting us with our kids’ preferences. The roof top terrace was great for appertif. The shuttle bus to the Disney theme Parks made the experience a breeze, with regular shuttles that are on time. We will most certainly come back again if we organise a trip to Disneyland.

The accommodation provides luggage storage space and a kids' club for guests. The room was small but very functional. I liked that they separated the toilet in a separate room from the bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fair. It is traditional Japanese breakfast with some pastries. Interestingly, there was also a chocolate fondue machine to entertain the children and they could decorate their own dessert with a variety of sprinkles. There was also a gachapon machine that dispensed candies for the children. There was plenty of washing machines and dryers at the lobby, which made laundry a breeze. There is also a Lawson convenience store just at the lobby, making it very convenient for drinks and snacks.

Buses were available to get to the Disney parks but we preferred the short walk to the monorail.
