Staff were friendly and made everything they could. Although we have problem with the language, I didn't speak Japanese, nor did they speak English, but they did their best. At the room, we also had complimentary beverages. Our last day breakfast was Japanese breakfast and was very good. And at check out, they gave us a little bag which had rice crackers, that was very kind from them.

I can't recommend it enough!
