They offered all the details for check in on website, which is really nice too!

You're fully helped by the staff. We had rooms on the 17th floor, no noise at all from the train station below. Breakfast is very extensive and really well tasting. And again with great staff. Location is perfect if you want to do train trips to Itsukushima and Fukuoka like we did.
