Most of the staff speaks English and is very helpful and kind. The surrounding is beautiful and feels like a movie. The private spa is amazing and we had a great stay. Can't wait to be back to Japan soon :)

Boasting an open-air hot springs bath and spacious garden, Arima Grand Hotel is located a 10-minute walk away from Arima Onsen Station. Free WiFi is available in all rooms. I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Dinner was truly fabulous, with a delightful menu that exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was more standardized, but still enjoyable. The onsen facilities were a highlight—clean, spacious, and very relaxing. My room offered a stunning panoramic view of the mountains and the hotel pool, and it was immaculate throughout my stay. Overall, it was a fantastic getaway, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone (with or without kids) looking for a relaxing retreat.

Dette hotel ligger 5 minutter med taxa fra Sannomiya Station og Motomachi Station. Meals were excellent. It was the best buffet I've had. It was easy to get to the downtown district of Kobe and a bonus that it was easy access to the airport limosine bus to get to kansai

Shinzan Kinosaki ligger i Toyooka, 3,8 km fra Kinumaki Shrine og 5,2 km fra Seto Shrine. Her er et fælles opholdsområde og gratis privat parkering samt gratis wi-fi overalt. My expectations were exceeded! This Ryokan is absolutely beautiful and the onson is so wonderful. The food was superb as was the service. From check-in to the meal service, the staff were so friendly, welcoming and very well coordinated. The room was stunning - I stayed in a one bedroom suite and it was 5 star ( the suite is comparable to the 5 star hotels - no detail overlooked). I can’t wait to return!

Kinosaki Onsen Kawaguchiya Honkan ligger i Toyooka, 2,7 km fra Kinumaki Shrine, og har gratis wi-fi samt gratis privat parkering. It was our first stay at a ryokan. When we arrived at Kinosaki onsen, we were experiencing jet lag. It helped us a lot that the staff allowed us to check in earlier. A stay in this accommodation supported the magical atmosphere of Kinosaki onsen. After booking the accommodation, we also ordered dinner and breakfast. The food was very tasty and interesting. Especially the food that was being prepared on burners in front of us. The service was very attentive and friendly. The opportunity to dress in haori and yukata with accesories was also a great experience.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful with several private and public onsen, both indoor and outdoor! The staff is super nice and they could accomodate my request for vegetarian meals (they were exceptional, congratulations to the chef!). The room had the private toilet while the shower is at the onsen, as it is traditionally. You are also provided with the yukata and the onsen pass to go to the public onsens of Kinosaki. Would absolutely recommend it!
