Onsen was a great experience. Staff were amazing and went out of their way to help us. One of us was sick and needed to see a doctor. Hotel staff made arrangements with the clinic, drove us there and came in with us to make sure that we would see the doctor. We will never forget our experience at Shinzan Kinosaki and will be forever grateful.

Offering private natural hot-spring baths, TSUCHIYA Kinosaki onsen is 1 km from Kinosaki-Onsen Train Station. The Japanese rooms include futon beds and a flat-screen TV. The entire experience was remarkable. We had a traditional tatami mat room and slept a wonderful night, the futons were surprisingly comfortable. We also opted for their traditional dinner and it was a mind blowing experience. All the courses were well prepared and I had the freshest sashimi I've ever had.
