We can't thank enough the staff during our stay. My wife got sick and needed to go to hospital. The staff were with us through it all. We could communicate in English fluently with all the staff present and one of the staff even came all the way with us to the hospital to serve as a translator since it was a Sunday and we couldn't find a hospital with a translator. We arrived late, walked to the Premium outlet, but most of the shops are closed around 8pm. There is a mall across the outlets that has many restaurants, so we settled on a bowl of ramen. The hotel offers free shuttle service to the airport the next day.
