The staff were very nice and helped us a lot because we had some issues with the train station. I would definitely recommend visiting for tranquility and relaxing.

Free WiFi access is available. The breakfast was delicious. The food tasted very fresh. We especially appreciated that many of the food stations had attendants preparing the dishes. It got very busy at one point, but we never had an issue getting our food. The shuttle to and from Toba Station was very convenient. We contacted the staff from a payphone at Toba Station. We were able to communicate our needs through our very limited knowledge of the Japanese language. The driver took our luggage and said they would store it till we checked in. This allowed us to continue on with our sightseeing plans without physically going to the hotel first. That really helped maximize our time in Toba! Wonderful Service!

Free pick-up shuttles are offered between the station and the hotel. There is a beach right in front of the property, and free in-room WiFi is available. We had a very spacious room with a beautiful ocean view. We especially enjoyed the complimentary beverage service. The staff was very helpful. Food was very good, but did not offer much in variety if staying multiple days. It's a little out of the way, but there is shuttle service available to Toba Station if you wish to venture off and do some sightseeing. Just be sure to leave and return between the shuttle service hours.

On-site dining and en suite private baths are provided for guests’ convenience. Good breakfast, bathhouse and certainly shuttle bus services helped a lot! Sadly, the pool was not available although I was planning to swim there. The view from bed room was amazing.

Free WiFi is available at public areas while free wired internet is available in all guest rooms. This hotel is amazing. The rooms are huge and so comfortable, the staff exceptional and the breakfast buffet had a huge selection of Western and Japanese options. The view from the outdoor lounge is incredible. We got up to watch the sunrise from the outdoor area and the staff provided the guests (there were about 10-12 of us) with coffee while we enjoyed the changing colours. There is a lot of history here as the Emperor stays here and Queen Elizabeth did as well. It’s lovely to see they celebrate this with their displays.
