Also the staff was very poliet and professional. The services they had was very professional. Facilities like private onsen was very useful since we were shy to go for the public ones. The breakfast buffet was also very good.

Situated right next to Fuji-Q Highland Amusement Park, Highland Resort Hotel & Spa boasts Mount Fuji views, large hot spring baths and spa facilities. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was nothing short of perfect — I have never seen such a dedicated, caring, and helpful team anywhere else. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and their kindness truly stood out. I would especially like to thank Mr. R. Yamazaki for his exceptional dedication. We had mistakenly booked a double room instead of a twin, and he went out of his way to ensure we were given a room with two beds. His effort, patience, and professionalism made a huge difference for us, and we are sincerely grateful. On top of that, the dinner buffet was excellent — delicious food with a wide variety of choices. It was a real pleasure to enjoy such quality and variety. This level of service is rare, and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. If you are looking for a place where the staff truly care about your comfort and happiness, this is the place to stay!

Even though the location is remote, a bus line arrive directly at the hotel. The onsen experience was great, even having Yukata for our 3 years old! Board games for kids and a long walk around the lake with some kids playground made it for a great time with the family. Food (breakfast and diner) was excellent, and a nice gift shop very well priced on the location!

Situated in Fujikawaguchiko, 2.9 km from Lake Kawaguchi, Hananoyado Yumefuji features each room with a private garden with a terrace. Kawaguchiko Station is just a 5-minute walk away from the villa. It’s independent house for each room, independent balcony, it’s very big in room. Bed, Futon bed, table for eating, table for chatting and tea, microwave, indoor hot spring, everything is available. It comes with chopsticks and forks, which is very convenient if you buy it to eat at night. There is a good view point for viewing Fuji mountain in this hotel provisioning.

Nằm trong bán kính 15 phút đi xe buýt từ ga tàu Kawaguchiko, Maruei là ryokan có tầm nhìn ra quang cảnh Núi Phú Sĩ và Hồ Kawaguchi, phòng nghỉ kiểu Nhật Bản được trang trí ấm cúng, bữa tối kaiseki... Service was top notch. Everyone dine in a private room at night. Manage see mount fuji from here. Do take the dinner package. The onsen was good and relaxing day in Lake Kawaguchi. Maybe can add bicycle rental in ryokan will do the trick or more back and forth shuttle to main station.

This was the highlight of our trip, the room was beautiful, and the view of Mount Fuji was absolutely magical. We loved the place and the staff, and we would definitely come back.
